Delete your account

This is the fastest way:

• Open Remote Survivor and sign in with the account you want to delete.
• Go to Settings and find the Account section.
• Tap Delete under “Delete account” and tap again to confirm.

Your account and its data are removed from our servers right away and you are signed out.

Email privacy@domindi.com from the email address of the Google account you play with, with the subject “Delete Remote Survivor account”. We use that address to verify the account is yours; if you write from another one, we will ask you to confirm it.

We delete the account within 30 days at most and let you know by email when it is done.

• Your account: Google identifier, name, email address and profile photo.
• Your progress: levels, missions, stats and achievements.
• What you own in the game: coins, gems, characters, weapons, outfits and other items, including purchased ones.
• Your preferences stored on the server.

• Purchase records: for as long as needed to handle inquiries and meet legal and tax obligations. They contain no card details: payments are processed by Google Play.
• Server technical logs: for a limited period, for security and diagnostics, and then deleted automatically.

• This cannot be undone: if you sign in again with the same Google account, you start from scratch.
• Purchases are not refunded when you delete your account. Refunds are requested from Google Play.
• Game content downloaded to your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
• You can also remove Domindi's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
