Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Domindi's video games, including Remote Survivor, and the website domindi.com (together, the "Service"). Domindi ("we", "us") provides the Service; its details appear at the end of these Terms.

By downloading, installing or using the Service, or by signing in with your Google or Apple account, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you downloaded a game from an app store (Google Play or the App Store), that store's terms also apply. Some games may have additional rules, which will be shown in the game itself.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the games or any part of them
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the games, except to the extent expressly permitted by law
• Extract and reuse the art, music, code or other assets of the games
• Create private servers, alternative clients or tools that interfere with the Service

Videos and streams: you may stream, record videos and take screenshots of our games, including monetized content on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, as long as they show the game being played and you do not present the content as official Domindi content. Some game elements (such as music, sound effects or models) belong to third parties and are used under license; this permission does not allow you to extract them or use them separately from the game.

• Sign-in: your account is created and identified through your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for the activity on your game account.
• Age: you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you need permission from your parent or guardian.
• One account per person: do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• Deleting your account: you can delete your account at any time from the game settings or by emailing privacy@domindi.com. Your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts or third-party software that give you an advantage or automate gameplay
• Intentionally exploit bugs to gain an advantage; if you find one, please report it
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, the database or other players' accounts
• Interfere with the operation of the Service (for example, denial-of-service attacks)
• Harass, threaten or insult other players, or post illegal, sexually explicit or hateful content in chats, usernames or other online features
• Impersonate another person or Domindi
• Sell, buy or trade accounts, currency or virtual items outside the game

If you break these rules we may warn you, temporarily suspend or close your account, depending on the severity. If you believe a mistake was made, email contacto@domindi.com.

The games, their code, art, music, text, characters and other content, as well as the names "Domindi" and "Remote Survivor" and their logos, belong to Domindi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any rights to you, except the license described in section 2.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.

A. How purchases work. Our games may offer in-game purchases such as gems, coins, bundles and other virtual items. Payments are processed by the app store where you downloaded the game (Google Play or the App Store); Domindi never receives or stores your card details. The final price, including any taxes applicable in your country, is the one shown by the store before you confirm the purchase.

B. What you are buying. Virtual currency and items are a limited license to use them within the game. They are not money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other accounts or sold outside the game.

C. Refunds. Refunds are governed by the policy of the store where you made the purchase; you can request them directly from the store. If a purchase was not delivered correctly to your account, email contacto@domindi.com with the store receipt and we will look into it. None of this limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

D. Minors. If you are a minor, you need permission from your parent or guardian to make purchases. We recommend enabling the store's parental controls so that every purchase requires authorization.

E. Changes. We may change prices, bundle contents and item availability. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made, although game balance adjustments may change the usefulness of some items.

F. Account or game closure. If we close your account for a serious breach of these Terms, you may lose your virtual currency and items without a refund, unless the law provides otherwise. If we decide to shut down a game, we will stop selling items and give at least 30 days' notice.

G. Unauthorized purchases. If a purchase is reversed or cancelled through the store or your bank (for example, by a chargeback), we may remove the corresponding items from your account.

H. Free rewards. Besides what you buy, the game may give you free rewards, such as the daily gift, missions, events or compensation. They are virtual currency and items under the same conditions as point B. We may change their content or frequency, or end them at any time. Reward streaks or calendars do not create any right: missing a day, a calendar reset or the end of a program does not entitle you to compensation.

I. Rewarded ads. Some rewards (for example, refilling energy or doubling what you earned in a match) are obtained by voluntarily watching a full ad. They have daily limits, and we do not guarantee that an ad will always be available, since that depends on the ad networks. You may not use tools, emulators or any other means to simulate watching ads or to obtain their rewards without watching them; doing so is considered cheating under section 4.

J. Limited-time offers. We may offer items, bundles or discounts for a specific period. The price and content are only valid during the period shown in the game. Once it ends, the offer may not return, and there is no compensation for purchases made before or after it.

K. Alerts. If you accept notifications, we may alert you about available rewards, offers, events and store news. You can choose which alerts you get in the game Settings or turn them off on your device.

• Our games are in active development. We may update, change or remove features, content or mechanics to improve the experience.
• We try to keep the Service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
• If we decide to shut down a game permanently, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game or on domindi.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Domindi does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and will not be liable for indirect damages or for the loss of progress, data or game content resulting from technical failures, updates or the shutdown of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or if the law requires us to. The sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law remain in effect after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Toluca, State of Mexico, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to go to the courts where you live.

Before starting any proceedings, please write to us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms are available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.

If you downloaded a game from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are an agreement between you and Domindi, not Apple. Domindi, not Apple, is solely responsible for the game and its content.
• The license in section 2 allows you to use the game on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the game.
• If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the game, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the game.
• Domindi, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that the game fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims and third-party intellectual property infringement claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, have the right to enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you in the game or by email. If you keep using the Service after the changes, you accept them; if you do not agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.
