Privacy Policy

Domindi ("Domindi", "we", "us") develops the video game Remote Survivor and operates the website domindi.com (together, the "Service"). The details of the controller of your personal data appear at the end of this policy.

This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, where it is stored, how we protect it and what rights you have over it.

A. Data from your Google or Apple account. We use "Sign in with Google" and, on Apple devices, "Sign in with Apple" for login. If you use Google, it shares only:

• Your Google account identifier
• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture (if you have one)

If you use Apple, we receive your Apple identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email address. Apple lets you hide your email; in that case we receive a forwarding address created by Apple instead of your real email.

We never receive or store your Google or Apple password. We do not request access to your contacts, files, Gmail or any other service in your account.

B. Game data. Information generated while you play, such as your progress, saved games, settings and in-game preferences.

C. Purchase data. If you make in-game purchases, payment is processed by the app store (Google Play or the App Store). We only receive the purchase confirmation: the transaction identifier, the item purchased and the date, in order to deliver what you bought and prevent fraud. We never receive your card or payment method details.

D. Notifications. If you agree to receive notifications, the game may schedule alerts directly on your device (local notifications), such as available rewards, events, news or offers; these do not send us any data. Notifications we send from our servers (offers, news and events) are delivered through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging: your device gets an installation identifier from Firebase and subscribes to general topics based on the game language (for example, "news in English"). We do not store that identifier or link it to your account: each alert is sent to everyone subscribed to a topic. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings. You can also choose which alerts you want (for example, full energy or daily gift) in the game Settings. Promotional alerts (offers, events, store news) only reach you if you accept notifications, and you can turn them off at any time.

E. Technical data. When you communicate with our servers, basic data such as your IP address, the date and time of requests and any errors is logged automatically to keep the Service running and secure.

F. Advertising. The game offers rewarded ads: they are optional and only shown when you choose to watch one (for example, to refill energy or double a reward). They are shown by Unity LevelPlay, from Unity Technologies, together with the ad networks it integrates (such as ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and Google AdMob). To show and measure them, these providers may collect directly from your device the advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system, language, an approximate location derived from your IP, your interaction with ads, and motion sensor data from the device (such as the accelerometer) while an ad is showing, to detect ad fraud. We may share with them an internal player identifier, without your name or email, to confirm that you watched the full ad and give you the reward. Ads are only personalized if you give your consent; otherwise you will see generic ads. You can change your choice at any time in the game Settings, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (on Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

G. What we do NOT collect. We do not collect your card or payment method details, precise location, contacts, biometric data or sensitive data. We do not use third-party analytics tools.

We use your data only to:

• Create your account and identify you when you sign in
• Save and sync your game progress
• Show your name and picture on your in-game profile
• Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse or cheating
• Diagnose and fix errors
• Reply to your messages when you contact us
• Process, verify and deliver your in-game purchases
• Send you game notifications, if you turned them on
• Show you rewarded ads when you choose to watch them, and give you their reward

We do not sell or rent your data. Apart from what is described about advertising in section 2.F, we do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

We process your data based on:

• Providing the Service: we need your account and progress so you can play.
• Our legitimate interest: keeping the Service secure and working properly.
• Your consent: by signing in with Google or Apple you agree that we receive the data described in section 2. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account.
• Your consent for personalized ads and notifications: we only turn them on if you accept, and you can withdraw your consent at any time in the game or device settings, without affecting anything done before.
• Legal obligations: when a law or competent authority requires it.

Website: domindi.com does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores preferences such as light or dark theme in your browser (local storage).

Game: to keep you signed in, we store a session token (JWT) on your device. This token is required for the Service to work and is removed when you sign out or when it expires.

To operate the Service we use the following providers, which process data only on our behalf:

• Google (Sign in with Google): authentication of your account. Its use is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Cloud Platform: servers where the Service runs.
• MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB, Inc.): database service where we store your account and progress, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Google Play (Google Play Billing): processes payments for in-game purchases. Domindi does not receive your card details.
• Apple (Sign in with Apple and App Store): authentication of your account on Apple devices and processing of payments for purchases made on iOS. Its use is also governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service (Apple): deliver to your device the notifications we send from our servers. To do so, Firebase generates an identifier for the game installation.
• Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads (Unity Technologies): show the rewarded ads and act as intermediaries for the ad networks they integrate. They process the data described in section 2.F under the Unity Game Player Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): ad network that may show the rewarded ads through Unity LevelPlay. It processes the data described in section 2.F under the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

We will only share your data with other people or authorities if the law requires us to.

International transfers: Google Cloud and MongoDB Atlas servers may be located outside your country (for example, in the United States). By using the Service, your data may be stored and processed in those locations, always under the security measures described in this policy.

Use of Google data: our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data:

• Sign-in delegated to Google and Apple: we do not handle or store passwords.
• Encrypted communication: traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• Token authentication: every request to our servers is validated with a signed JWT that has an expiration date.
• Cloud infrastructure: the Service runs on Google Cloud Platform and the database on MongoDB Atlas; both encrypt stored data.
• Restricted access: only Domindi team members who need it to operate the Service have access to the data.

No system is 100% secure. If an incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and, where required by law, inform the relevant authorities.

• Account and progress: kept while your account is active.
• When you delete your account: we delete your personal data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep some of it.
• Server technical logs: kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics, then deleted automatically.
• Purchase records: kept for as long as needed to handle inquiries and meet legal and tax obligations.
• Notification identifier: we do not store it. Firebase manages it, and it stops being used if you uninstall the game or turn off news in Settings.
• Advertising data: we do not store your advertising ID. Data collected by Unity and the ad networks is kept according to their own policies.

Depending on the laws of your country (including Mexican data protection law, the EU GDPR, Brazil's LGPD and California law), you have the right to:

• Access: know what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your account and your data.
• Objection: object to certain uses of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

How to exercise them: email privacy@domindi.com from the address linked to your account stating your request. We will reply within 20 business days at most.

You can also revoke Domindi's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

If you use Apple, you can stop using Sign in with Apple for Domindi from your Apple Account settings (on your device or at account.apple.com).

You can also delete your account directly from the game settings.

Personalized ads: you can accept or reject them at any time in the game Settings. If you reject them, you can still watch rewarded ads, but they will not be personalized.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us data, email privacy@domindi.com and we will delete it.

We tell ad networks that the game is not directed to children. If you are a minor, we recommend not turning on personalized ads.

We may update this Privacy Policy, for example if we add new features or providers. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you in the game or by email.

This Privacy Policy is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
